Jesus told us exactly when He would return. Matthew 24 is not talking about Jesus' return when it states; "No man knows the day nor the hour..." This Scripture is talking about God the Father destroying heaven and earth. See Revelation 20:11.
"Heaven and earth shall pass away (be destroyed)...but of THAT day and THAT hour knows no man..." This is speaking of Jesus' Father destroying heaven and earth completely to recreate them. THIS is the day no one can know.
Jesus contrasted the above date with the date of His coming. Jesus stated that the world would see "The sign of the Son of Man," just before He returned. Matthew 24:29-31.
So what we see, is that Jesus never said it was impossible to know when He would return. In fact through careful study, we find He actually gave us the exact date of His one and only return. There are NOT two comings of Jesus. Jesus only mentions ONE return and ONE sign associated with it in Matthew 24:29-31.
The apostles had asked Him for a specific sign which would occur just before He returned. He answered their question! Don't be misled. Read my book.
